CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Deposit to guarantee a charter
20% of the total charter fee will be accepted at the time of booking and is non-refundable other than as provided below. In addition, at the time of booking, a valid credit card must be submitted to guarantee the charter. This card will not be processed until the actual date of charter or until another acceptable method of payment is received.

All information received will be held in the strictest confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties other than trusted employees who may come in contact with your information to serve your requested needs.

Cancellation due to bad weather
No charge, full refund or credit for another date if you so choose.

Cancellation due to mechanical failure of boat, engine, or other problem considered to be the responsibilityof FishProCharters LLC.
No charge, full refund or credit for another date if you so choose.

Cancellations non weather related
14 days before charter all monies will be refunded except the deposit
Day of charter or No Show - full charter price assessed

Number of party increased within 48 hrs. of the charter
At no time may the fishing party be greater than 6 people. If you add an angler within 48 hrs. of the charter, the fee for ad-on members of your party must be arranged with representative of FishProCharters before leaving the dock.

** Children under six years of age must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation device at all times when on board. Such device must be provided by the parent or guardian accompanying the child or rented from Fish Pro Charters LLc
